If you are on this website, you either already know us or you know someone connected to us. This cabin is our family's pride & joy! We have poured our hearts and souls into it and can't wait to share it with our friends and friends of friends. We do not rent our cabin to the public which allows us to keep our nightly rates LOW and without fees. In order to keep it this way, we have some basic ground rules and guidelines for those who book it and stay.

 

We are proud to offer the cabin to you for $149/night. Your payment is due at the time of booking. We do not do cleaning fees, cancellation fees, etc. In exchange, we ask that you play by some basic house rules which are outlined below. If you need to cancel, just let us know!

Basic House Rules:

ACCESS: Access instructions will be provided to you when full payment is received. Please never share our access instructions with anybody. Don't ruin a good thing!

PETS: Your doggy friends can join you! There is an additional $25/night cost if you bring your pups. There are dog bowls and a large kennel that you are free to use. Please bring your own dog beds and food. Please clean up after your pets! This cabin is a cat-free place.​

BYOS (Bring Your Own Stuff): You are welcome to bring your own things! If you'd like your own sheets, bedding, blankets, towels, etc. Please feel free! Bedroom one is a QUEEN and Bedroom two is a FULL. The Couch also folds out into a full. Our bedding and sheets will  be clean when you arrive, and clean towels are kept in the 2nd bedroom closet.

Pantry, Supplies and Other Items: If there is something you need and it's here, you can use it! Please take care of our things and let us know if we either run out of what you've used & needs a restock OR if something was damaged.

WIFI: The cabin has Wi-Fi! The login information is on the table next to the mantle.

Misc Items: We have a locked storage area under the deck. Please do not use the snow blower. You can use coolers, porch chairs, etc. found in the storage area.

When leaving the Cabin:

TRASH: We do not have trash service here. You MUST remove and take ALL of your trash with you when you leave. No exceptions. "Pack it in, pack it out!"

CLEANING: There is no cleaning fee for your stay. HOWEVER, in order for us to keep our prices LOW, we ask that you please pick up after your stay. Dishes must be washed and put away. Floors must be swept. Bathrooms wiped down. We ask that you use your best judgment and leave the cabin in the condition it was when you arrived.

LINENS: The cabin does not have laundry services! You can either leave all items on the floor by the door for us OR bring home any linens that you used in trash bags (Sheets, towels, dish towels, hand towels, etc.); If you bring linens home, we ask that you either drop these items off at our house, or we can pick them up from you so everything can be properly cleaned after your stay. Any blankets that were used can be folded and put in the couch storage or living room closet in the cabin.

THERMOSTAT: When you leave, please turn the thermostat down to 50 degrees. NEVER TURN OFF THE THERMOSTAT IN THE WINTER!

UNPLUG: When you leave, please turn off all interior lights. UNPLUG all lamps, coffee machines, microwave, small items, etc. Porch lights can be left ON.

 

LOCK UP: Please lock the doors anytime you leave.

Remember to return keys to lockbox when you depart!
